Hale Kaloko is a property on the Big Island of Hawaii 10 minutes to downtown Kailua-Kona and world class resorts. This property sits on 10 acres at and elevation of 1,500 feet. Each resident has a 10 mile coast line view which includes Honokohau Harbor. We are located within just minutes various beautiful golf courses on the island.

Residents of Hale Kaloko are typical people who care about their quality of life. We offer ample parking for our resident. We are also a non-smoking property for the consideration of all. We are surrounded by forests and nearby Kona coffee plantations; when the coffee plantations are roasting their coffee you can smell the aroma of coffee in the air.

There also is a lot of Kona wild life you will see: wild turkeys, the famous wild Kailua pigs, and lots of Hawaii’s bird life. We get to see the most beautiful sunsets every day.

We also offer areas around the building to have family get together with the picnic tables and barbeque pits located between each building.

We are zoned one person only but do welcome weekend guest.
